“I pulled in to see Mechanic about a loose Alan head bolt that was on my list that enables me to get in and out of my wheelchair Accessible van. The previous Mechanic, I’ve been going to 35 to 40 years didn’t have time to look at it. I told him what it was, That I had been in and the gentlemen I usually speak with Fix in six minutes, Letty told me that he was just too busy and that he couldn’t look at it, it would’ve taken the time to pump somebody a whole tank of gas, that’s how much time it took. He told me to come back Tuesday of the next week. It was a five minutes job, “stashes” is my new Mechanic For me and my house!”
“My husband came home to explain he was referred to Lane's by a co-worker. I explained I used to go this garage with my grandfather as a child. His son's Ron & Chris run it now, they grew up with all my cousins in Loudon. The boys treated us fair & did exceptional work - even sent us progress photos along the way. Once they were done taking care of business my husband came out to get me. Ron didn't know my married name but he knew more about my family than I did. It was great to talk about all the mutual people we knew and the incredible reputation this garage still has after all these years! (◍•ᴗ•◍)❤

“I've been Bringing my families vehicles to Eric for 15 years. Ford, Toyota, BMW, Jeep, Lexus, and Gmc. He has replaced engines, repaired axels, and standard maintenance service such as inspections/brakes/rotors/tires. He has always stood by his work and if it was more appropriate to bring to the dealership for the repair he told me. I can't say enough about the place and recommend him all the time to people in the area. For the record, I moved from 2 miles away, to half an hour away and still find a way to bring my autos to his station. Excellent service, great local repair shop.”
