“For anyone who has a veteran that passed away: flagcases here at Michaels cost less than at a funeral home. The cases are not quite as heavy or as good quality as the ones funeral homes get but these are still very nice. Our funeral home recommends getting your case at Michaels or a similar store because the cost to quality ratio is better.”

“I’m giving 5 stars for Molly in fabrics! Molly is always in good spirits when I shop there and very helpful and pleasant. I agree with some of the other reviewers that there are definitely some rude staff members. I went last week and the store manager Karen was incredibly rude. She came across as overworked, frustrated, and condescending. Crafting is such a fun creative stress reliever and shopping for supplies should be fun, right? I’ve spent a lot of money at this store and even thought of applying for a part time job, but not with that manager YIKES!”

“We recently moved to the area and were very excited to find Endicott Furniture in Concord. The staff is excellent to work with. We had the pleasure of working with Richard. We purchased a beautiful dining set and bedroom dressers. There were some delays due to Covid and supply chain issues, but the office manager Mary was so wonderful to work with. She updated us regularly and was always eager to help. The store owner Eric was always present in the store. Great family-owned business! The delivery team was wonderful, very professional and pleasant. I wish I could leave more than 5 stars.”

“I'm so glad my daughter and I found this place, it's adorable. Some of the prices here seemed reasonable but other were outrageous. There was kind of an odd vibe though, the person (I'm assuming was the owner) working there wasn't exactly rude but definitely not pleasant. She made me feel a little awkward and very rushed. There was so much in the stories but we cut the visit a little short because it was unconfirmed. There was a fabulous selection of scened oils, sprays, candles and soaps as well.”

“I'm a farmer in NH. I have issues with the deicer water trough heaters every year, so I buy the Protection+ warranty because I know they will need replaced. The warranty company wants me to ship it back to them, wait a while and get a gift card for the oruchse price. I can't do that with livestock. The folks at this store go above and beyond to ensure my animals have water in winter. I just bring in the broken ones and they exchange it and deal with the warranty company themselves. Thank you TSC!”
