“Triple booked, waited an hour and car not in and additional 30 to 45 mins before they could get car in so I rescheduled. Next time in and out in an hour 15 mins. Good price. Overhear Loud conversations in a waiting room full of tires and smelled like rubber. Told all set so went outside but not all set for 15 mins. That being said they were cheerful and great job. I will continue to go there.”

“We had a manufacturer's defect on our new 2024 Nissan Pathfinder, purchased in Florida. It was discovered in NH while we were visiting our children.
The frame was cracked and Nissan required that it be towed to a Nissan-approved body shop, which turned out to be Collision Pro. From the start they were clear about the work load and tech availability. They kept the car about a month while we fought with Nissan who blamed us for the defect. We even drove over to take pictures of the undercarriage and the tech came out and looked at it with us, agreeing that it didn't seem like there was damage to the car that would have caused a cracked frame.
Tammy kept in touch with us AND Nissan, but Nissan of America didn't do well communicating. In the end, we declined to repair it (as Collision Pro agreed). We asked for a replacement from Nissan and it was towed somewhere else where Nissan took over.
During a very unique and stressful time, we were grateful for the help and communication from Collision Pro.

“Had some work done on my VW Eurovan. Not a ton of shops will work on this car but they seemed to be very knowledgeable and did a great job doing a relatively difficult service on the transmission. Transmission was having some slipping issues due to being low on fluid beforehand but has been great since the service.”
“The team here is great! My tire change went well and they made great time for being short staffed. Very friendly staff all around. Moe and Richard went the extra mile for me and fit me in when they were over booked. I would have given 5 stars, however Walmart’s corporate is not supporting this shop as best as they could. Corporate is double booking appointments online and will not fix the technical issues. It’s extremely unfair for the technicians as they’re already understaffed. Thank you to the team. Corporate Walmart needs to do better.”
