“I was in the area from out of town and needed to find a mechanic to troubleshoot the warning light that appeared on my 2008 Prius. I stopped by Sullivan Automotive without an appointment to see if I could get a quick opinion. Tom was extremely kind to us and took 15 minutes out of his busy day to take a look at our car.
After some quick diagnostic tests he advised that we are ok to make the drive back to find a mechanic near our home after our trip. He also topped off the medium-low coolant levels which could have been triggering the alert. Five minutes after we drove away the check engine light turned off. Five minutes after that the red triangle of death alert also disappeared! Tom did this all as a courtesy and just asked me to leave an honest review! Thank you Tom! I will definitely recommend your shop to others that vacation in the area.”
