“I've been using Prompto for years. By far the fastest and best price around for a quick change. Friendly, competent team gets it done in a snap. They check other fluids,air cleaner, and wipers. Offer replacements as appropriate, but no hard sell. Wish they were in Vermont and had shops further north.”

They wouldn’t let me pay, saying it just took them a minute and there was nothing wrong, sent me on my way with good wishes for my travel. “The team here is great! My tire change went well and they made great time for being short staffed. Very friendly staff all around. Moe and Richard went the extra mile for me and fit me in when they were over booked. I would have given 5 stars, however Walmart’s corporate is not supporting this shop as best as they could. Corporate is double booking appointments online and will not fix the technical issues. It’s extremely unfair for the technicians as they’re already understaffed. Thank you to the team. Corporate Walmart needs to do better.”

“Triple booked, waited an hour and car not in and additional 30 to 45 mins before they could get car in so I rescheduled. Next time in and out in an hour 15 mins. Good price. Overhear Loud conversations in a waiting room full of tires and smelled like rubber. Told all set so went outside but not all set for 15 mins. That being said they were cheerful and great job. I will continue to go there.”
