I was waiting on AAA for a tow in the heat. Called John’s Family Car Care and told Ron the situation and he ended up coming out immediately to get me bc they also have a towing company. He brought me and vehicle back to shop and the guys got to work right away.
Bottom line is I had my vehicle back in under 4 hours for an alternator and belt on a Highlander, ANDDDD the pricing was honest and reasonable. I know exactly zero percent of zero about cars and they did not take advantage of this fact. After the work was done I asked a couple friends and they said for what it was, they were very fair to me.
I’m taking the time to write this bc I started off the afternoon stuck on the side of the road, in July in a field with no shade thinking this was going to be a real doozy of a day. But I ended up feeling totally taken care of. I def have a new car place that I trust, so yay!

“This is the coolest 😎 thing ever!! My oil change was 8 mins and was so convenient! You don't have to get out of your car or anything which is very nice if you have kids. The guys just took care of it all and were so polite!! Its very clean as well! I will be back again!!”
“I was traveling alone several weekends ago and picked up something in my tire. The staff here checked it out and found it hadn’t punctured the tire. They wouldn’t let me pay, saying it just took them a minute and there was nothing wrong, sent me on my way with good wishes for my travel. It was so good to have peace of mind as I continued on my trip. They were so friendly and reassuring about the whole thing!”
“The team here is great! My tire change went well and they made great time for being short staffed. Very friendly staff all around. Moe and Richard went the extra mile for me and fit me in when they were over booked. I would have given 5 stars, however Walmart’s corporate is not supporting this shop as best as they could. Corporate is double booking appointments online and will not fix the technical issues. It’s extremely unfair for the technicians as they’re already understaffed. Thank you to the team. Corporate Walmart needs to do better.”
