I was waiting on AAA for a tow in the heat. Called John’s Family Car Care and told Ron the situation and he ended up coming out immediately to get me bc they also have a towing company. He brought me and vehicle back to shop and the guys got to work right away.
Bottom line is I had my vehicle back in under 4 hours for an alternator and belt on a Highlander, ANDDDD the pricing was honest and reasonable. I know exactly zero percent of zero about cars and they did not take advantage of this fact. After the work was done I asked a couple friends and they said for what it was, they were very fair to me.
I’m taking the time to write this bc I started off the afternoon stuck on the side of the road, in July in a field with no shade thinking this was going to be a real doozy of a day. But I ended up feeling totally taken care of. I def have a new car place that I trust, so yay!

“SHOUT OUT to American Plate Glass!
Two years ago we had our slider’s replaced and were so pleased with the quality and meticulous installation our first call to replace all our windows without any hesitation was to American Plate Glass.
We had all 8 of our 40 year plus Pella windows replaced with Anderson windows. To say we are happy is an understatement! Curtis, Tim and Katherine did a spectacular job! Every day they left the rooms cleaner than when they started.
They are professional, conscientious and leave you with the feeling they care as much as if they were doing work on their own homes!
Do yourself a favor make them you first and only call and you will be as loyal and satisfied customers as we are. Their work ethic is phenomenal.

“First of all, These gentlemen are the nicest guys you'll meet, very honest and straightforward about the condition of the vehicle you bring in. And talk about true volkswagen / audi enthusiasts and I mean its in their blood... literally lol! Vintage to current they will get you right and back up in your baby. If its audio or fixing that problem you have been trying to figure out for a month now, and more they will fix it! I have brought a mk2 gli all the way up to a b5 passat, and no matter what I bring in they always got me leaving with a smile on my face. They guided me through the entire process with clear and consistent communication, making everything feel manageable. “I didn’t get a name of the guy I spoke with on the phone, but I was told the hatch for my Subaru would be ready Saturday morning when I got there. It was not ready. The guy at the counter Darren tried telling me it would be ready Monday morning (The guy that took my order, apparently does not work Saturdays ) I told him I drove 2 1/2 hours to get there which is absolutely true and they went out and got the part for me right away Which I was more than pleased with! “The team here is great! My tire change went well and they made great time for being short staffed. Very friendly staff all around. Moe and Richard went the extra mile for me and fit me in when they were over booked. I would have given 5 stars, however Walmart’s corporate is not supporting this shop as best as they could. Corporate is double booking appointments online and will not fix the technical issues. It’s extremely unfair for the technicians as they’re already understaffed. Thank you to the team. Corporate Walmart needs to do better.”
