I'm giving 3 stars because she overreacts to this kind of thing, and really is it going to happen again? Who knows if that guy even works there anymore. On second thought, 4 stars.”
“The cashier was pleasant with a smile; I was able to find what I wanted after being told EBT cards aren't accepted. Thanks for your attention to my claim and comment.”

The pharmacist actually calls me personally to update me about my prescriptions... this is a rarity in the city of Boston. NOTE: Using the app to refill medications is not reliable. If it's too soon to refill, or there's another problem, the app does not alert you of it in any way. The Walgreens app does not even offer the next day when a medication is available for refill. THE DEAL: call in your prescriptions a few days ahead, as they may be out of stock and have to have them shipped. But, fear not... They will call you, personally, if there is a problem!”

“Big Apple employees are friendly, polite, address you and smile. I also went to Subway within the store. One of the employees was friendly, smiled and thanked me. The employee who finished up my subs never spoke, never smiled, never said thank you. If you're going to work in customer service, you need to have good customer service, acknowledging your customer is key. Even if you don't know their name, a Hi, how can I help you, a smile and definitely a thank you is a must. Customer service training needs to happen”
