Banks is awesome. The staff (everyone from the damage assessor to the repair team to the employees who cover the front desk and field phone calls) is professional, capable, and prepared to take on uncooperative insurance companies when they fail to approve needed work. At their own initiative Banks employees keep car owners apprised of every step and help them with everything from rental cars to negotiating the many needless roadblocks apparently thrown up by virtually all insurers. I am so grateful that I'm posting this review on Google, something I never do because I dislike the fact that the poster's name is thrown up on the internet for eternity.

If I could have no stars it would be better. They had my car for over three months and told me three separate times that my car was fixed, each time I went to see (45 min drive one way) if my car was fixed I was sorely disappointed. The first time the fender was still wrinkled and the bumper wasn't even attached. (See photos) The next time the bumper was attached but the fender was still wrinkled and there was new dents on the passengers door and front fender. On the next visit the fender was better but the body lines didn't line up. At this point is was decided that the fender needed to be replaced. Three weeks later I finally have my car back and I asked to have my deductible refunded because of the 3 month headache that this has been. They refused to refund me because the work was completed to a satisfactory level. I will never use this so called business again. I will also do whatever I can to let people know about the terrible customer service.Service: Body & Trim

I have my car there for 10 weeks. No loaner car for me. Apparently they all have been in use for all this time. Put in the middle between them and my insurance. This experience has been a complete nightmare. I have no idea when or if this will ever get done.

I would rate them 0 if that was an option. My girlfriend took her pathfinder here to be fixed after the rear bumper was hit. Multiple days later Banks calls us and says. "I our rear hatch isn't working and won't open." She says that's weird because if you look on camera you will see the day we dropped it off I opened it to clean out the trunk. They said oh there's no cameras that point out front. She said ok well that doesn't change the fact that it worked the day I dropped it off. After speaking to numerous unhelpful associates she was told that it would cost 475.00$ to fix or they would leave it broken. And they did exactly that. Broke the rear hatch and screwed up the power windows so they kept automatically going back down every time we tried to open it. I'm disgusted. A multi million dollar business totally screwing their local customers. They offered NOTHING to help or to fix anything!! We won't be back EVER AGAIN! We will also continue to spread the word. A bunch of crooks. Took over almost 3 weeks to fix a bumper and they broke 2 different parts in the process. SMH.

Went in with four issues on my gmc Sierra. Three of the four were resolved. The last remaining issue and the most concerning was not addressed. I was told that it was addressed prior to picking up the truck and spoke to the manager Tim prior…he reassured me that the problem was addressed.. After picking it up, I noticed the fourth issue and immediately sent out emails. I called the collision center the next day and asked if could speak with Tim. I was told he would call me back. Never received a call back and in fact had to call them back. I was handed off to one of the estimators and was told there wasn’t anything further that they could do for me. I was referred to the gmc service dept at Banks. I will not be going back anywhere near Banks! Horrible experience all the way around!!!Services: Body & Trim

Seemed like a great bodyshop to use for repairs for my vehicle I heard nothing but good things about them so I gave them a shot, my vehicle was vandalized and needed bodywork, due the the type of vehicle I have getting parts took a while which isn't a huge deal my biggest problem with banks collision is that it seem they rushed my vehicle out of there shop, being without my vehicle for about a month I picked it up first chance I got, I then looked over it in the daylight and noticed some issues with the body panels not lining up and my passenger window not seating properly, as you can see in tge pictures this was not a issue before i brought it to them, so I addressed it with them personally they took my car back and "looked" at it then proceeded to tell me they will not be fixing my issues because they belive my vehicle was in a accident prior to me purchasing it( my carfax is clean) my vehicle did not look this bad when it arrived on a tow truck and when I addressed it with them the second time to get things repaired they said they will not honor the repairs nor do they have the capacity to take my vehicle in, they seemed to rush my car out and not care about the quality of the fitment and basically told me it is not there issue I now have to fix there horrible job out of pocket,I WILL NOT BE RECOMENDING BANKS COLLISION TO ANYONE

Repaired my car after a run-in with a deer, done in less than two weeks, car even came back cleaner.UPDATEHad “radar obstructed” on dashboard within two days of service, all safety features on ‘22 CrV hybrid stopped working. Called Banks and they said the radar is located on the front windshield and wasn’t part of their service for my car. Took car to Honda service center and the radars at the front bumper (exactly where the deer had damaged) were badly bent and nonfunctional, had to be replaced.Got a call back from Banks weeks later for a review and I explained what had happened, no apology, only thing I got was “oh! you got it fixed”.
