Banks Collision Center is a place many customers trust and highly recommend. Reviews describe the whole staff as very friendly, professional, and great. They handle everything from working with the insurance company to setting up a rental car. The team helps customers understand the insurance process and keeps them informed with updates throughout. Banks Collision did a great job. I was struck by a runaway tire off of a box truck and after dealing with their nightmare insurance my truck finally arrived at Banks Collision. Their repair exceeded my expectations. Hopefully I wont have to use them again, but, if I need a collision repair ill be using them!

Customer service is amazing. Our rental was giving us problem after we dropped off our vehicle today , so the team stepped in to make sure we got the rental at the center, which was amazing. Will update the review again at the later date when the repairs are done to reflect that as well.

They along with grappone toyota parts department took care of various issues to get me back on the road in weeks not months.
