“I love the staff at Camden National Bank, concord NH branch! They are simply amazing. They greet you by name as soon as you walk through the door. They re always smiling, calm, have everything under control, and happy to do what they can to help. The staff Betsy, Justina and the branch manager Vanina just can't be beat! I switched to this bank because the customer service is unparallel to any other bank I have worked with. For example, at times, I'll call in advance and let them know that I want to open a CD. When I arrive a few hours later, Vanina or Justina have all of the paperwork ready and it is a simple 2 minute process to just sign the paperwork. That kind of service is amazing and is just one of the reasons that I highly recommend Camden Bank, Concord NH branch!”

“My wife and I have had an excellent experience with our Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) through New Hampshire Federal Credit Union. We shopped around quite a bit, and found that both their introductory and long-term rates and terms - plus non-existent closing costs(!) - were better than anything else we could find in the area. The entire process, from application to closing, was pretty much seamless. I felt like they asked for an appropriate amount of documentation, and answered every question in a comprehensive and timely manner. The communication, primarily with Cheryl Ordway, was outstanding throughout. All good from application to closing to now ongoing HELOC use.”
