Northeast credit union is great customer service and top notch. The folks behind the desk work diligently and quickly to get loan process easy and hassle free. Customers see patience as the folks see customers back to back all day. This location is always busy but the folks keep up the great work and get needs met. Service is terrible for one but one see answering service and human helped. The credit union keep up great work for customers.
AVOID this bank. Service is terrible and one could die of boredom listening to their answering service or old age waiting to talk to a human.
