Absolutely the worst customer experience from multiple people in that store you guys have extremely young employees who are not capable of handling looking up items and helping people in a timely manner I will bring my business elsewhere. Waste of my time. Train people correctly.

Terrible experience we had bought a dishwasher as well as stove on November 27th and scheduled the delivery witch they canceled twice we finally scheduled it again after changing our schedules around and everything just for them to get to my house after lying to us about being delivered together he tells us he can’t hook it up he isn’t certified to after we paid extra on top of the order for it to be hooked up. When we asked for compensation for the two months wait as well as 8 day refund now and lost wages from changing out schedules around they where nothing but rude to us and our entire order was canceled we are very unimpressed. And are now going somewhere else.

Last March I purchased an automatic car starter from the Best But Manchester location. A few weeks ago it fell from where it was placed and stopped working. This location no longer does this type of service so I brought it to the Concord Best Buy and they fixed it in about 30 without any questions. These guys not only knew what they were doing but were professional and courteous.

I have had mixed interactions at other best buys. This time was amazing. They had the best deal for the product I was looking for, got me and my mom set up with everything and even looked in the back for the open box item, those are discounted. I have had a few things financed with the card before and I always close the card after. This time they didn't try to sell me on the out of store visa which has less zero apr. I was extremely satisfied with the service and them having everything I wanted.

It’s BestBuy, you know?Pleasant staff members (though not enough of them) who generally know what they’re talking about (and this can helpfully answer questions).Prices are the same as the big online retailers, and you get to see/touch/trust the goods here.They were able to deliver my new TV in 2 days (too big to throw in the car and take home!!!).So, yeah… recommended. Why not support a store that employs local people, right?

Stopped in here last week, first time in a long time. The store has a new layout, very easy to navigate. I was looking at appliances and the selection on the floor was good. Some things you really do need to see in person before buying.
