The staff was very friendly and helpful on each shift. The hotel was very clean, there were wet floor signs in the lobby and down the hall to the pool area. The pool area was a nice place to relax. It was a great stay (6 nights) and I will recommend it to family!

Overall it was good, it's a Best Western. Was travelling for work, when I turned down the covers on the king bed there were crumbs, what looked like a sizable chunk of dried booger, blood stains on the sheet and wrinkled enough to know the bedding was changed after the last guest. The clerk handed me a flat sheet, no fitted sheet and I had to change the bed myself. A manager, Liam, did give me I think a $20 discount one night but I think I should have been given at the very least half off my entire stay. That was pretty gross and I hope the lazy employee was written up. And the amount of cigarette butts by the lobby entrance was astounding. Not cleaned up for a long time is my guess.

I erroneously left a bad review for Concord Best Western, it was intended for a different hotel we stayed at. I tried to correct the review on Great Western, but there is no way to do that. So I am posting this on Google to say that Best Western, Concord was excellent. the staff were accommodating, the breakfast as advertised and room was comfortable, my apologies to Best Western for the errant reviewRooms: Rooms were clean and beds comfortable

I have never wrote a bad review in my life. We got there At 1030 at night and left at 8 in the morning. We got there showered, slept, woke up left. We got charged $40 for a hair dryer that we did not take. I don't think I'll be staying there ever again.

My husband and I arrived at Best Western at 2am 4 days before Christmas and after everything we owned was under water due to flooding. We were feeling pretty beat down and only had the clothes on our back and the few Christmas gifts for our daughter that we were able to scoop up before they too drowned. Once we were inside, some of the weight had been lifted. We were greeted warmly and within a few minutes we were on our way to our room. Everything was exceptionally clean and not a thing was out of stock. Every morning apon leaving our room we were greeted by each employee with the brightest of smiles. The breakfast was amazing!!! Waffles, various bread item, cold cereal, fresh fruit, as well as, eggs, choice of meat and home fries! I could not ask for a more helpful and steadfast group of people. Thank you to all of you at the Concord NH Best Western for making our bad luck...not so bad.Rooms: The rooms were clean and cozy. We had a king size bed and there was a lovely sitting area that had a couch and coffee table. There was also a kitchen area that offered a sink, microwave, fridge and coffee pot. The bathroom was spacious and there was no shortage of towels or toiletries which was nice.Nearby activities: The historical downtown Concord offers a variety of shops to enjoy a wide range of food venues to try.Safety: The parking lot was well lit and unless you had a hotelkeyboard, a person could not enter the building. ,Walkability: The hotel was about 10-15mi ute walk from downtown Concord.

Don't waste your time with this shady establishment. They are OK with patrons smoking weed on property but not OK with sleeping in your car because you can't afford hotel rooms and there are no apartments, and the hotel is NEVER booked from how many vacant parking spaces there are. So bottom line is, as long as you pay them they will look the other way for illegal acts, which makes the hotel an accomplice of crime. And yes, while I was in my car I saw the creepiest guy possible walk by smoking Marijuana, and the smell followed him. So maybe that's why I can't stay here, because I saw too much. It's not coincidence that it happened the same day.Plus, this is discriminatory based on social status. I am not doing anything wrong while staying there, not interacting with anybody, not even exiting the vehicle. Do you think I like sleeping in my car when it's 10 degrees outside? Of course not, but I don't have other options and I don't see anyone offering assistance.

I’m typically not a review writer, but I felt impelled to do so as I literally had dreams of writing a poor review for this hotel all night long. The bed was so uncomfortable we continued to wake up throughout the night and woke up feeling awful. Upon arrival, we noticed immediately the king size bed was very well used and had a huge indent in the middle. Otherwise, the hotel was great and very clean, but I feel as though the bed is a pretty important part of your stay….. please upgrade your beds Best Western!

Clean rooms. Courteous staff. Laundry on site. Indoor pool is spacious with a hot tub as well. The full breakfast had sausage, waffles, toast, cereal, fruits, breakfast bars, coffee, tea, juices, home fries, scrambled eggs, and more. Sink, microwave, and fridge in the room with double queen beds. Free coffee 24/7. Lots of vending machines for soda and snacks.I'm very surprised this isn't a 3 star hotel!

Just WOW ! We went for a 1 week trip to US and we stayed in a few hotel of the same price and this one is definitely the best one we stayed in.The workers are so polite and nice. There’s even someone at breakfast to open the garbage bin when you have to throw garbage. There’s a nice pool and a jacuzzi. The bed is so comfortable and the rooms are so clean ! I felt like if I was in a 5 stars hotel.Rooms: Clean and luxurySafety: Always someone at the front desk

Everything was fine with one huge exception. There is apparently little or no soundproofing between floors. From the room above me I heard every step, roller back, clang of hangars, shower and flush. After the first night I went out and bought earplugs.

It is easily accessible from local highways. Unfortunately, the windows are not the greatest, so even when they are closed, you hear the nearly constant drone of vehicles traveling along the highway. Additionally, the walls are super thin. They rattle when someone nearby slams a door, and you can hear every movement of those above you. The beds are firm, and there are ample pillows and linens. They do have the smallest complimentary toiletries I have ever experienced from a multitude of hotels. The continental breakfast was on par with most others. Complimentary coffee, tea, and water are available 24hrs. The pool area was clean, but the water was very heavily chlorinated. Interactions with staff have been pleasant. They seem to be helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, I cannot complain. The price matched our experience.
