“I usually love BestBuy. I really do. And before today, I would have given 5 stars. But I visited this store today, and I couldn’t get any help with my issue. I ended up spending $300, and it didn’t fix my issue.
I don’t really blame the staff. They seem nice enough. There just aren’t enough staff at this location. I think the store should hire more people.”
