If I could give them negative stars I would. When my mother went to buy her car, the manager at the time was so rude. Kept trying to interrupt me when I was talking because he didn't like I was telling mum they were scamming her. She ended up buying a 2019 Kia soul and she's had issues since. They won't answer her phone calls - disconnecting every time. Told her people don't work there when they actually do. Kicked her out of the actual building. Told her the warranty ended at 50k and the engine problem she thought she had was not covered even though she had the extended warranty until 100k and she's under that. She brought the car to another Kia dealership to find out it's something else and her original warranty was until 80k and she reached out well before that to this place to inquire but according to them "your warranty expired at 50,000 and it's not covered" yet it was and that is actually disgusting they would lie about that. If you research this dealership, the owner was sued over 2 million and has had to sell other dealerships and hasn't been to this one in years. Please please please save yourself the headache and DO NOT go here. They will scam you, the mangers will talk down to young women (because apparently they don't like honesty), they lie about everything.

The entire staff at Dan OBrien were awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Made the experience easier to deal with and my sales guy Cameron was great to work with. I highly reccomend.

When I arrived at Dan O'Brian dealership I was greeted with a warm caring smile of a wonderful salesperson named Grace who guided me through my process with a thoughtful and professional manner her calm caring demeanor helped me cope with the sales process. I am thoroughly impressed and satisfied with her expert guidance she not only cared about making a sale she worked diligently to assure that my choice would be a good one. Ton Knight was my sales person he was absolutely amazing. he heard everything I was saying and we agreed on everything. he got me everything I wanted in my new car and more. I couldn't have had a better experience. not only was he kind and a genuine person he was funny and would just carry out a conversation and laugh and make jokes with you. he made me feel welcomed throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend going here to get your next car!!

Excellent experience. Good communication and service. Edward was the employee who helped me, he was so helpful and friendly. 10/10 customer service. I had to wait while my vehicle was worked on, and the waiting area was very clean. Good coffee too! :) Best Kia around.

I hadn't even agreed to buy the car and they needed to run my credit in order to get the rate and figure out my monthly payment. I asked the salesman Cameron how this would affect the inquiries on my credit report. He said it would be only 1 hard inquiry and any others would be soft inquiries. I didn't buy the car and I checked my credit monitoring the next day and there were 3 hard inquiries and my credit score went down 20 points! I called and spoke to the manager John whose only explanation was that they were just trying to get the best rate so checked different banks. I told him that I had specifically asked about it and was lied to by the salesman (or he was improperly trained). No apologies offered! I read all the bad reviews on the way there and should have just turned around and went home.

Although they seem friendly, I've noticed they continue to skimp on cleaning of cars (and a friend of mine informed me that they do not properly flush out the vacuum system) since they lost BBB accreditation in December 2022, after being cited for failure to properly clean their bathrooms, offices, and waiting areas. When I went for a basic oil change and multi-point inspection of my 2022 Sorento, the car smelled worse when I got back into it, and then the back-up camera shook loose and/or I believe they pushed it back in too hard and broke the clips, which I noticed when I had to make a late night trip to Walmart. It was hanging off when I exited the building, so I reported it immediately to security and police nearby. As a professional in law enforcement myself, I'm very disappointed and will be moving my business to another location, since it's clearly the employees at the Concord, NH location who don't seem to respect the vehicles they are responsible for servicing. They also don't seem capable of fixing the online service scheduling options and try to up-sell people even when we understand exactly what we pay for in our monthly car payments.

Absolutely ridiculous and full of broken promises. Wanted to buy the new car online, because they're quite a distance away, and they had somebody ride like the wind to my house to get me to sign papers. As soon as they get your signature, you're screwed and all communication ceases. Promised delivery, kept pushing back, had to go all the way to pick the car up and one of the keys was magically missing in a locked office. It's been nearly a year and they say they'll help out, if only to keep their phones from ringing for a while. Awful and impossible to count on, prior and new management both! Should send them a bill if I get my keys changed, since who knows where it is at this point! Avoid.

I just bought a new Kia Soul at Dan O'Brien Kia in Concord and had a great experience doing so! Cameron did an awesome job of showing me the car and all its features with absolutely no pressure to buy. Even after it was a done deal, he was still available to answer my questions and help me with the set up of the on-screen features. Everyone there were very helpful and respectful!! Thank you all and thank you Cameron! I love my Kia!!

What an absolutely horrible experience. I was offered 14k for my 2021 Chrysler 300 (so far under retail trade in value, it’s not even funny). Once I politely declined the deal and told them I’d be going elsewhere, they refused to give me my key back for my car that was being appraised. I repeatedly demanded for my key back. My father who was originally in the building with me, had already gone to the car, thinking I’d just be a minute getting my key. They told me they’d give the key back after they relayed the new deal to him… even though he isn’t the one buying the car and we had already told them we were leaving and I had asked for my keys back several times. Once the guy pushed through me to speak with my dad outside, my dad let the guy have it with a few strong curse words and they finally gave me my key back. Any business that wants to literally hold customers hostage to make a deal is nowhere you want to do business at. Sketchy people.They should be embarrassed. Also, it appears that this happens often by other comments I’ve seen on Facebook. Disgusting.

I do not suggest this dealership in any way. I was not only sold a car that didn’t have the features they said were on it but they did nothing to rectify the situation. My guess is that the salesman who was helping me didn’t know enough about the specific car he was trying to sell me and didn’t realize that the features I asked for were not in the car. Regardless, that just means he doesn't take the time to know what he has on the lot. These features that were not on the car were LITERALLY the only things I asked for. Mind you they were safety features I was asking for so this isn’t a small issue. I called the dealership and they told me they would call me back and I gave them a couple days to do so. They never called so once again I called them and had to once again explain that I was sold a car that didn’t have what I asked for. They said they would call me back and once again they did not. The third time I called them I was persistent and wanted to be helped out. I was not looking for any more than just getting the features I was promised into the vehicle. They refused.Also when buying the car I gave them $500 to get my registration done. I bought the car on July 1st and didn't get my registration for the car until August 25th. Almost two months. I had to scramble to get my inspection sticker once I finally got my registration as it was required for me to have it in 2 days at that point. Everywhere I called didn’t have space for me to get the inspection so I ended up getting my registration (which I had just gotten) suspended and was no longer able to drive my car. I had to spend a couple hundred dollars to get it unsuspended. This experience was an absolute nightmare. Never again.
