She answered all of my questions and made sure the delivery date worked great with my schedule. Employees like Emma make shopping a lot better. 10/10”

“This harbor freight location has always been extremely helpful. I believe it is one of the managers who is always out on the sales floor checking in with guests to see if they need help locating anything. As a female; it’s one of the few tool/hardware stores I can walk into not knowing much but basic bare minimal information and still walk out with the items I need at a very affordable price too.”
