Jiffy Lube provides fast, convenient automotive maintenance services. Jiffy Lube follows manufacturer recommendations for all vehicle makes and models and keeps service records in a nationwide database, allowing customers to receive consistent service at any Jiffy Lube location. The company pioneered the fast oil change industry in 1979 by establishing the first drive-through service bay, providing customers with quick, professional service. Customers report great work, good communication, and timely service. While some found the staff a bit aggressive in recommending additional services, overall, Jiffy Lube is praised for its certified inspections, parts ordering, and willingness to accommodate customers, even when they face unexpected issues like locked keys.
