“The guys were really fast. I had a blowout and needed new tires pronto. I made an appointment and they were actually able to fit me a day early when the mechanical work was done early!”

“I recently moved and am no longer close to Motorcar. As such, I began using a different garage, located closer to me. I tolerated pricey oil changes (almost 50% more $$), excuses like "we didn't rotate your tires because they didn't need it" (ummm...they don't look like they need it because they are rotated every oil change), and pricey brake work. Finally, I had enough and decided to go back to Motorcar. Despite the drive and need for a loaner, I am glad that I made the decision. I never have to worry, and I pay a fair price.”

“The techs At this location have always done a good job for me. They’re quick and efficient. They don’t push too hard to try to upsell any service services that aren’t necessary. They’re always polite and ensure all my needs have been met. Nothing more you could ask for really.”

“I came in Saturday to get an oil change and the guys were quick, got my service done properly and for a good price. I was more impressed with the Auto Care Manager Chris. He was involved in a conversation with an unruly customer who thought they had been slighted over a warranty issue, and they were gonna bully their way into some free service. I saw him masterfully explain the problem, explain the policies, calmly and collectively ease all the tensions and rectify the situation to where all parties walked away satisfied. I thought it was very well handled and he represented the company and the customer well. Great job.”
