Carol is our groomer at concord petco. She has been our TRUSTED groomer for many years now! Carol always does an excellent job! She is accommodating, patient, professional and friendly 5stars!! Kristin and Harry

Yikes! Dirty store and messy. Workers are dressed sloppy. Went there for a specific item that their website said was in their store and manager acted annoyed that I wanted him to look for it for me. Very poor customer service. Go to Pet Smart instead!

I was at the Manchester store looking for a 55 gallon fish tank "STAND" they didn't have it so they called the concord store which they said they had the 55 gallon "STAND".I drive all the way there and they don't have the "STAND" only the tank. Great job Petco firing imbeciles.
