Staff is very helpful and went above and beyond to help ny daughter with the problem with her phone, the first time we went we didn't know we needed to make an appointment ahead of time but the gentleman working the door fit us in right away and did his best to help us through no fault of his (the problem was with the carrier we were trying to switch away from) were not able to get it fixed that day however when we went back a few days later for another appointment and he not only recognized us he remembered exactly what the issue was and he was able to get everything fixed. Excellent customer service!

Just extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Honestly I think they need to fire almost everyone that works here and start from scratch. Either go to the other one or go to Manchester cause this place is horrible

Massively disappointed with this store today. Have been a Verizon customer as long as they’ve been a carrier. Brought my mom in today to transfer her data to my phone as new to her. The extremely unkind man at the door said he couldn’t help today (Saturday) bc it was Black Friday and this would take an hour and he didn’t have the time for a data transfer. Needless to say we will head to Manchester and not ever come to the concord store again. I understand they are both corporately operated but the staff at the concord store only showed interest today in new sales not helping existing customers.

This review is regarding my experience at the Fort Eddy Road Verizon location. These guys are ridiculous. Rude, dismissive and poorly trained. Either they do not know the phones and accessories they sell at all or they outright lied to me when I took my 2 day old, very poorly functioning phone in to swap it for one that actually works. Not only was I told that there was nothing wrong with my phone, I was told it could not be swapped. This guy (the old guy) did absolutely nothing to troubleshoot my phone and then misled me completely as to the absolute wrong charger that came with my phone, causing overheating. This guy actually tried to make me believe I am stuck with the phone. I won't try to do business with these clowns again. I strongly suggest that you skip this store and go over to the D'Amante Drive location.

I must admit, I had not been into a Verizon store for quite some time. I walked in to speak with a tech who could help me with an operating issue. The girl told me they now just sell phones and to go to Best Buy.....l bought my Pixel from this store and pay my bill to Verizon each month and now she just loocked blank at me.....poor and frankly a bit annoying. When this phone dies I'll think twice about about buying another Verizon product.

You are the paying customer so the brat at the front door will automatically tell you that you are wrong about everything you just said. You are the paying customer so that automatically justifies his pissy attitude...Starting with the brat getting angry because he decided i have an iPhone instead of Samsung and i proved him wrong by pulling the phone out of my pocket. Waste of time.Update: While this brat was having a tantrum and demanding I be wrong he decided to change the sim card without asking. He just did it and demanded that he continue to be right and demanded that was going to solve the issue. Despite the brats tantrums and demands to be right, he wasn't. Switching sim cards didn't solve the issue, in fact the issue got worse. I had to have a new phone sent to me. Congratulations. Good luck with your tantrums and your demands.

I have switched to a different carrier (months ago). Price was outrageous for one line for one person. (Come to find out after looking into things after I switched carriers, I was duped about prices and promotions when initially signing up for service and buying a phone and Apple Watch in this store. Along with other hidden charges that were not explained to me. )When I went in to try to talk about my bill and try to reduce it or find out why I was paying so much I got no answers and the person actually had the gall to try and sell me more add ons and more accessories. I live on a fixed income. That was the last straw. I was a loyal customer for 6 years, always paid my bill on time via auto pay etc but enough was enough so I left and just let everything disconnect. So now of course I owe them even more money. But whatever I’ll figure it out eventually. Just glad not to be paying an arm and a leg for cell service every month now and very happy with my new carrier. Thanks for nothing Verizon and not caring about your customers’ individual needs and only caring about your bottom line.

I went into the store ( 20 minutes out of my way) because of the service. THAT HAS CHANGED, THEY PUSHED MY PHONE ISSUE BACK AT ME. I used to go to Verizon because of the service, it is not there anymore. I was asking for help to buy the right glass protector, then have them put it on. I am not a bumbling person, but I tend see too many screen protectors fail after one to two weeks. I don't feel I should have to know which one is the best for my situation. After being greeted, the person said, they probably don't have my screen protector. She walked back to the rear room and came back after a few moments. Then, before she got to me she started assisting another customer. She passed that customer off to another associate. She came to me and quickly said we don't have it. I would have to go online and get one. I attempted to ask about grade and quality, and she told (before I finished the sentence) me two brand names and walked away saying she would write them down. Another person stepped in, and I tried to say I wanted to talk to the first person. I was told she was busy with another customer. At that point, I felt they just didn't want or care about helping me. This is not good customer service, I pay a premium price, I should get a premium service, not be treated like I should know what and how to do it.

I've been to this store many times in the past and the customer service was excellent, but this time when I went in to ask about upgrading, they handed me a slip of paper and said to call the number for service. I asked how I'm supposed to know the differences between phones and the man pointed to the wall and told me to go look at them and just click on the phones for info. He made no attempt to help me at all and didn't offer to answer questions. I went up to Verizon on D'Amante drive and they answered all my questions and sold me a phone right there.

With three people in the concord Nh store at fort eddy store this gentleman said he couldn’t even help us you would have to come back. I told him I wanted to look at phones and was kind of standing in my way. I said excuse me and walk passed him .While looking at the phone I saw him turn 3 people away one person it was his third time back. It wasn’t closing time . Very disappointing. Will not come back.
