“I have been to Susana’s studio multiple times now, for bridesmaid dresses and to have my wedding dress altered, as well as a veil. She does amazing work. I have always been super happy with all the alterations she has done, and I always trust her whenever I have clothing that needs to be altered, so it was a no brainer to bring my wedding dress to her when I needed it shortened. It’s clear that she is incredibly skilled at tailoring clothing and that she genuinely cares about her clients being happy and feeling confident in what they wear. She has been so kind and helpful every time I’ve brought an item to her to be altered.”
“I am currently a plus size woman who doesn't enjoy clothes shopping and I thought I'd never find something in my size at Gondwana. Boy was I wrong! Amanda was wonderful in showing me many dresses and waited patiently for me to try things on. She kept bringing me new things to try. She and the other woman who was there that day were just great. This boutique has so much cute stuff, is very clean, and affordable. During my visit I thought that the sizes were limited (I couldn't find above a large) but they do carry larger sizes in smaller quantities.
The girl up front couldn't answer my questions about sizing, my experience would've been better if she hadn't been awkward about my weight when I asked if my size was carried. But I appreciate the store reaching out to me afterwards and have adjusted my review to reflect that.”
