“This location on 12 Loudon Road is by far the best T.J. Maxx store I have been to, hands down. Not only is there an expansive selection of items, the staff here are alert to keep the store looking nice and decent to the point where they really want their customers to enjoy the shopping experience there! Keep up the good work! Didn't see a single item that was in the wrong location. The store is clean and very well organized and laid out. Excellent, excellent, excellent!”

“I shop at Wal-Mart once maybe twice a month. There have been times that I needed assistance and had a hard time finding an associate but most of the time have not had a problem. I do not purchase meats there but staples are fine and purchased frequently. I like Concord Wal-Mart.”
“Big place. Dressing rooms were not open when I went. Staff told me they were short staffed so they couldn't open them. They mentioned a 30 day return policy.”
“Considering how much staff corporate allows and it's not much everyone there is great and hard working. Some should think about when its pouring out, snowing, freezing, slippery and sometimes theres just one person spoiling you to make it easier on you. Think about saying thank you , if you cant be nice then go in yourself . For those who complain should work there a day and put your foot in there shoes. Dont just run your mouth saying this is what they get paid. Well atleast they are working and it's not much considering how customers can be extremely rude by leaving their manners at the door. Respect them please. I think returns and outside deliveries is wonderful, shoe side cant keep up with customers taking everything out and not putting back. Pretend it's your house or visiting a friend. Would you do that? Everyone on register's are doing their best with the staffing they are allowed. Once again, that's corporate. Not the managers there. They are better then Walmart in my opinion. Keep up the great work and remember you cant make everyone happy just yourself knowing you tried your best”
“I love the wall mart in hooksett there's way more of a selection alot of friendly faces nice atmosphere and u culdnt ask for better help right there I couldn't believe the selection u can get there versus Concord NH and not to mention concord Walmarts Gona down hill the management is not for the people at all very selfish and really doesn't care about ur issue I'm good on ever going to concord wall mart go to tilton or hooksett but if ur looking for jus alot of stuff it's hooksett all the way”

“I shop here for all the soaps! Laundry, dishes and hand soap. I also pick up my tooth paste tablets, deodorant and brush head to do the dishes. So happy to have a store in town where I can be eco friendly and support local businesses!”
