“Excellent store & staff. I went in there specifically to find some jeans that would look great with new Chelsea boots. She saw the boots, asked me what size pants I typically wear and pulled 5 different pairs off the shelf in minutes. They all fit & looked great. Highly recommend.”

I was approached by an associate who helped me find the correct size for me, offered opinions on the outfit, and helped me order the correct size to be shipped to me. “Went into the store, found the style I was looking for. Unfortunately, had to special order the boots.I asked an associate for assistance and I'll tell you something.I had an associate named Mariah LeBrun.I can't remember the last time I had help like this.She went way above and beyond for customer assistance and services.She was simply awesome in every way. Definitely 10 stars as far as my wife and I saw it.Keep up the great work Mariah !!!**(Part 2)We went back to this store again for Black Friday and bought 2 more pairs of boots for Xmas gifts. The associates in the store were just awesome and Mariah assisted again and everything was done just as great the first time. “Shopping in North Conway, NH this past week. I want to compliment two outstanding employees Pat and part time supervisor Harland for their superb customer service. They went above and beyond to find a product my teenage grandson was looking for. Although it was not available in store the product was found elsewhere and I was able to purchase it via telephone with the other store in another state. I received the product 36 hours later on my doorstep. Thank you again, Pat and Harland for making that happen. You are an example for others.”

I needed help determining my sizing at their store and wound up being assisted by two workers who helped style me and give me recommendations not only for things I wanted, but things that would complement my body. They both took their time helping me and sharing stories and experiences, providing me not only with exceptional customer service but also with unexpected kindness. I ran into this store “super quick” and walked out two hours later with some cute clothes.
