“I had an excellent shopping experience at the J.Crew Outlet! My family and I were greeted by Jaime, who was incredibly attentive and helpful. She assisted us with a price check and even let us know about a great discount on Crew Cuts (kids' clothes), which were an amazing deal!
Jaime also handled our checkout, and her friendly and professional demeanor made the entire shopping experience so pleasant. The rest of the team was equally kind and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the store.

“This Old Navy is located in the shopping center, Settler's Green. There is ample parking and this store is large. There are also many amenities nearby. Old Navy is known for their affordable family apparel. It's even more awesome that it's tax free.
My family and I stopped in during our vacation. It's your standard Old Navy. It's large and organized and there were some good deals. The clothes are cute and I purchased some items for my kids. Overall, a nice spot to shop!”

She was very kind and helpful and patient with me. Because of the amazing customer service she gave me.I would rate this experience a ten out of ten. Seventy five dollars was a lot for me for jeans, but for my birthday, it was definitely something I wanted. I'm glad the experience was easy and quick.”

They both took their time helping me and sharing stories and experiences, providing me not only with exceptional customer service but also with unexpected kindness. I ran into this store “super quick” and walked out two hours later with some cute clothes. I forget his name, but overall it was one of the best experiences I've had in a retail store.”
