One time they called me and told me I had a package the was overnighter from the VA at there facility. It was my insulin. Great work.”

Dumbo me dropped off a UPS package at the counter and she immediately called my cell that luckily was on my return address to alert me of this mistake. Raced back to the PO for pickup and delivery to the UPS office. Thank You Nancy for going above and beyond the Call Of Duty!!!!!!”

Unlike other post offices, they actually answer their phone and provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone. I am thankful to have a very good mailman. The old mailman who retired was also very nice.”

“I just moved to Plaistow. I had a large package to return, and I pulled into the post office and parked in the handicap spot. As i got myself,my walker, and my package out of the car, an employee came right outside and offered to take my package inside for me and take care of it. I was so impressed, courtesy like that is hard to come by!!! Kudos to the Plaistow post office!”
