“The waiting room is clean, it’s an easy check in process via a kiosk, they always take me right on my scheduled appointment time, and the phlebotomists are polite & friendly (and good at what they do.) I’m always in & out in less than 10 minutes, and they take appointments starting at 6:00 am!!”

“The technician who took care of me was exceptional. The doctor's request order for my blood draw was not in the Quest computer system when I arrived. This was due to an error on the part of the doctor. Instead of dismissing me, the Quest technician worked with me and the doctor's staff to process the order. Within a very short period of time, the order was made available and I could continue with my blood draw. As far as the blood draw goes, she was great at that as well.”
