“To those thinking about Pawfectly Raw, please try their products. We’ve had many dogs ( Golden’s) over 46 years of marriage. We found Pawfectly Raw through the breeder we got our last two Golden’s from- four years ago.
We never fed raw before, but the deaths of several of our prior Golden’s appear to have been diet related ( kibble and canned dog food- the standard - especially for those of us who grew up with dogs in the 50’s)). Truman and Winston ( our current 4 year old Golden’s) have only been fed Pawfectly Raw. Glossy coats, good digestion, no hotspots, great energy. What a difference!
Secondly- and importantly for those who don’t know that feeding “raw” means, it’s not just chopped meat! Pawfectly Raw educated us on what feeding raw means and has always been there for our needs.
We regret we didn’t find PR earlier, for our dogs sake.

“I had an EXCELLENT experience with Brenda at the Salem, NH location, who was our pup Leila's dog groomer today. She took her time to ask detailed questions about our dog's coat, preferences, and any sensitivities which shows high level of professionalism and attention to care. The quality of the grooming was outstanding as our dog was returned clean, evenly trimmed, and comfortable. Overall a very positive experience and will definitely be returning.”
“Oops I meant to put 4 stars here! Place was great- except it wasn’t the cleanest, but I spent over $300 in one stop bc I am getting a puppy! There was a gentleman on the phone who was extremely friendly and helpful! When we got there, There was one woman who was very knowledgeable about the products and location of them! So I would’ve given 5 stars except for the clean part. But hey we went in mid/day and they do allow dogs in there! Lol”
“My fiancé and I went in today looking to house our first beta since we were young. Daren helped us so much. He spent at least 20 minutes with us answering all our questions and giving us amazing advice to care for the beta we’d picked out. I had so many questions and he was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. You could tell he not only cared to help but cared about the well being of the beta and that means a lot. I’d done my own research prior but he had experience and gave me so many tips I wouldn’t have known otherwise. The cashier was wonderful too! I didn’t get her name but she was also very helpful. I left blown away by the incredible customer service they provided and I felt confident in my next steps to insure my beta would thrive. Highly recommend this store! “I do love this place. Some things are more expensive but all in all the prices are comparable to any other pet store and the choices are endless. I love their spa and hopefully one day I'll be daring to try washing my dog in the self serve area. I also feel like the employees are knowledgeable and the manager has been very helpful on several occasions while finding the right product for my puppy.”
