“Great doggie daycare! I love the open play areas and the live webcams (I admit to watching my dog play way more than I should when I'm supposed to be working). And there's always a staff person or two with the dogs, sitting on the bench or walking around. Super clean. Worth the wait and the slightly higher cost (buy a package and the cost comes down).”

“They have a great selection of food, treats and accessories. Fair pricing compared to others we have bought from in the area. They do offer a frequent shopper program but it is on the customer to keep the coupons/receipts. The owner was very nice and knowledgeable. I even asked about a kennel we are looking at using. Parking was a little wonky, it says there is more behind but I parked in front of the bar next door since they were not open yet.”

She helped me find the treats I was looking for, she was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place good good customer service skills there.”

“I came in a few weeks ago because we started having a quality issue with the wet food we were ordering and feeding our cats. I asked the employee working in the cat food area a question (he had a unique name that started with K), and he recommended a totally different food. “This is my favorite Petsmart to shop at. All the employees here are so helpful and truly do care about their costumers. Sky is one of the managers at the Manchester location and she is the nicest and most caring person. On multiple occasions she has made my shopping experience amazing. She knows a lot about the different species and the products/ food as well. Its always nice to see a friendly face every time i go in there to shop :)”
