“We purchased a remote controlled truck for our son for Christmas and it didn’t have a charger in the box. I emailed them with the issue. They emailed me back right away and offered to mail me the charger at no cost. Wonderful customer service! Will definitely purchase more products in the future!!”
“Great going here, mainly cause I went with my friend named Josh and made a fool of both of us. The staff are nice and friendly, though like most teenagers/ young adults they did kinda seem a little tired, but that's ok, working a job in a toy store can tend to be stressful at times. Always love stopping in every now and then!”

“I came here with the intent of finding a place to study. The cafe/Starbucks in the back offers a very tastey selection of food and beverage, and the atmosphere was perfect, quiet and respectful despite there being a number of people. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the lack of power outlets. There are no power outlets around any of the seats, which I confirmed was the case with the staff (very nice staff as well). However, if you're here to get work done then unless you've brought a portable charger your stay will last as long as your battery does.”

The store was neat, full & so visually appealing! As I left, an associate putting out product looked up to thank me for coming in. It felt so good to be in there, I didn't want to leave the party! “It's always fun to browse the shelves and find new stories to read. I read mostly manga now which can be hard to find in other bookstores. Their non-book related stuff is great too (I found some great vinyl here!)”
