“Exceptionally great service is the only way to describe our recent interaction with the folks at Strafford Appliance. Nearly a year ago we purchased a portable a/c unit. When we went to put it into use several weeks ago, the unit malfunctioned. Folks at Strafford Appliance had us bring the unit back to see if they could get it operational. When that repair attempt was unsuccessful, I had a new replacement unit in my car and was on my way home within minutes. Thanks for the great service!”

In 1994 Ed sold us a Vermont Castings and when we decided to look at the new stoves this season there was no doubt where we were headed!!!
