“After being “jerked around” at Lou’s Custom Exhaust down the street, I stopped by today to inquire about getting a catalytic converter replacement performed on my 2013 Volvo. Mike was gracious and accommodating. I hope we can land on a reasonably priced solution and timeframe over the next few days. Better still was one of Mike’s colleagues whom I did not get the name of. He was highly professional and kind. He noticed in my passing through that my vehicle was missing a lug bolt. He immediately handed me a socket wrench with the correct socket size so that I could tighten the remaining bolts (all four remaining bolts needed to be tightened on the wheel that was missing one!). Other remarks that he made gave me the impression that he, Mike, and the overall business operates with high integrity. Impressive!”

“Had a flat that needed repair. They were short staffed and extremely busy but still was able to help me out and fix my tires in about a half an hour. Very appreciative and impressed how they did considering another store sent me away because they were short staffed.”

Others told me it would be several weeks for an inspection, Jiffy Lube did it with my oil change and I bought new tires and they put them on the rims and disposed of old tires and replaced my cabin filter. I got an excellent price on the tires and would be happy to go again for service.”

“I have my 1957 Chevy truck serviced at Dupont's and the entire team is fantastic to work with! Mike just swapped out my front drum brakes for disc brakes and the work was fantastic. I had to source new rims to fit over the disc brakes and Mike helped me do that and was patient while waiting for the parts to arrive.Services: Brakes”
