Jiffy Lube in Portsmouth provides quick and friendly service at a good price. The process is very easy and done in no time, with technicians happy to explain and show what the service entailed. Customers can watch the work right from the window for comfort. They offer many services, including oil changes, inspections, tire replacement, and checking fluids. The location on Woodbury Avenue is great, with excellent customer service. While generally doing a good job, they could sometimes be a little more thorough. Overall, it is a smooth way to handle automotive maintenance, with no appointment needed.
Of course it is more expensive. Convenience is part of the value. I cannot speak for any other customers but….. I take all 4 of the family cars there for a whole range of services. My wife, daughters and I have never had an unpleasant experience. We will continue to patronize
