From that first day Mimi Kelly, Community Manager, has been absolutely wonderful to deal with!! My daughter never signed a lease before or had to rent an apt on her own and Mimi could not have been more helpful guiding us through the process. In these past few months I have asked a ton of questions about various things and Mimi not only always answers in a timely manner, but she takes the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions or concerns. Her customer service is top notch!! If you are concerned about your child living so far away and renting an apartment, then rent at Madbury Commons. Not only is it located right on the edge of campus near everything, but no matter what concern or issue you have going forward Mimi will answer it or resolve it in a timely manner. I especially appreciate that even though my daughter is on the lease, Mimi has no issues with me being involved and asking questions on her behalf.”

“I’ve really enjoyed my time living at the Orpheum. The units are bright, modern, and well-crafted, and the entire building is always exceptionally well maintained. Having my own washer/dryer was a must so this has been a huge plus. I’ve also used the gym and parking, both of which are extremely convenient.

Dover is a charming community with a great walking trail nearby, and every staff member I’ve interacted with has been warm, welcoming, and helpful. Overall, it’s been a wonderful first apartment as a new grad. Definitely recommend!”

“One of the most inexpensive the for amount of space you get in Portsmouth. Management is fair and friendly. My only complaint is the speed bumps. I understand their purpose but they're just terrible. If the management reads this... Maybe consider getting rid of some of them?”
