“I cannot speak of the inside of the apartments because I have not yet visited.I have visited two of the businesses that have moved in, Buffalo Wild Wings and Laney & Lu. I like the new ? location of Buffalo Wild Wings better than the Fox ? Run Mall. More open. That's what I like about the Portsmouth Laney & Lu. Also, more parking available at the Portsmouth Laney & Lu than the Exeter location.The West ⬅️ End looks so much better and there is better access. I am a Portsmouth native and this area use to be really run down. It is a night and day difference!I'm holding off on five ⭐ s because I hope to one day see ? the apartments and find out more about them.”

From several events each month with drinks, food, art, live music, and/or educational activities and fun to the most attentive of staff with Ben when he was here to now Jay along with Jillian and Adam, it’s a clean, active, modern, safe haven of great residents, dogs of all sizes, and decor both in the lobby, and on the rooftop lounge that’s so inviting and comfy.”
“One of the most inexpensive the for amount of space you get in Portsmouth. Management is fair and friendly. My only complaint is the speed bumps. I understand their purpose but they're just terrible. If the management reads this... Maybe consider getting rid of some of them?”
