About HRC (Hamel Recreation Center)
The Hamel Recreation Center (HRC) is an excellent facility that is well-maintained and can accommodate three volleyball courts on the upper level. It offers a variety of group exercise classes and has ample equipment, including squat racks and benches, though it can get quite busy during weekdays. The staff is friendly, and the facility is clean and spacious, making it suitable for a wide range of training needs. However, the parking situation can be a challenge, and the volume of the speakers can sometimes be a bit too loud. Overall, the HRC is a highly recommended facility that provides a great experience for its users.

Great gym, very clean, and a lot of options for every imaginable workout.

Excellent facility, well kept, friendly staff. My only feedback is the volume control on the speakers, sometimes its just a little too loud and I can hear it over my headphones.
