“I just wanted to share how wonderful Susan has been every time we’ve visited the post office. She is truly the most friendly and welcoming person ever! About a month ago, she helped me mail out an important invitation, and she was so kind and patient throughout the whole process.
Yesterday, my fiancé went to drop off one more invitation, and once again, Susan went above and beyond. She was just as lovely and helpful with him. She accidentally forgot to provide a receipt with the tracking at the counter—but instead of leaving it at that, she thoughtfully mailed it to our home along with a note.

“Update 1/2026: Still great! I've gone here 3 more times in the last couple months and they now recognize me. My packages are always live reptiles or tarantulas and are always handled with care and I truly appreciate it!
This is the 2nd time that I've picked up live reptiles held at this location. Very easy to get your delivery. Show your ID, get your package. They took care not to rough up my package. They're very gentle and I appreciate it knowing my baby snakes were being shipped from PA to NH. TY FEDEX!”
