“I have lived here in the residential tenant for about a year now, and will be signing for another year. This property is AWESOME!! The apartments have so much character, are new and modern looking. There is a fun little peninsula where we let the pups play, and I have made great friends here. I had some issues with noise when I first moved in due to construction, but management was prompt to rectify the situation and always have been with any issue that I have had.The location is great, right downtown with walking to everything. You have to deal with the occasional riff-raff around the skate park, but hey, such is life. Cant say enough good about this place!!”

“It's a good plaza has lots of different stores to be able to a variety of things there is plenty of places to grab a bite to eat like the dairy queen and there is a ton of parking so you don't get stuck having to worry about getting out. There is a marketbasket which is great for shopping has really good prices and good eats in it as well I recommend going here if you're new to the area or have been here for a while. There's also a pet store which can be nice to go with kids to show them around or get animals for yourself. They have exotic animals and equipment for pets you may already have.”
“Planet Fitness, Starbucks, Staples, Bootleggers and the Postal Center are the only businesses I have visited. Dry cleaners, pet store and tanning salon are located here. Chipotle and a Citizens Bank ? has moved in. Parking lot has been repaved within the last year and has survived the winter.Update: December 2023; Planet Fitness has been remodeled, an Evgo charging station has been added and Citizens Bank ? has an ATM ? in the parking lot.”

“Great little Plaza a mixture of old stores that have been there for many many years and new stores and restaurants as well. From small grocery store like convenience shop to gaming ghost video gaming in card gaming as well as restaurants and audio equipment this Plaza has it all.”
“Has a few different stores and a movie theater. I recommend Five Below! There is also a McDonald's, Longhorn Steakhouse, Kohs, Ulta Beauty, Barnes and Noble, and in the back area is an Olive Garden and an IHOP. There are a few other places there to check out. Nice area!”
“I took my daughter here yesterday for ear piercing and had outstanding service- the woman that did the piercing was the store manager and was very personable with my daughter. It continues to be one of my daughters favorite stores!:)”
