“To be honest; most people would question why any one may stick with the same pharmacy for years despite facing insurance "hiccups," the pharmacy and store is rarely out of stock, above all else the staff here truly work hard and provide a consistently welcoming environment, providing assistance when needed as well as sharing up to date reminders regarding sales or available coupons, etc, last but not least their knowledge and dedicated service stands out as one of the best pharmacies I have ever visited: thank you Dante, Tragaige, Brittany, Arianna and Blake as well as all the other staff who welcome every customer in the store with all the same qualities as I shared of the pharmacy staff, keep up the great work!!”

beyond with a problem I had with ordering pictures and additionally looking for a cable I left in the store the day before while downloading the pictures. I had to call the store manager to find out his name two days after because I was still thinking about how kind he was. I wanted them to know how I appreciated him and positivity he brought after a long day. In a world where it is so easy to complain about the little things, Sammy did all of the little things that would make someone feel like they matter. “The BEST in the area. Stay away from Dracut, MA. Without going into a long winded thing here which I guarantee none of you particularly care about, let me just state that this location makes up for the incompetence you may have experienced at other CVS pharmacies. Something as simple as transferring a script from one store to another proved to be just beyond the capability of the pharmacists in Dracut (Megan) and after driving all the way to another location, Mr. Patel in this Salem store understood immediately my circumstance, pressed the original store for information, got the problem fixed and expedited my order all while I was at the drive through window. I was nervous waiting for a new script to be finally transferred and filled would take 45 min. Mr. Patel took the kind of care of me this company advertises. Kudos.”

“I don't use this pharmacy myself but I do bring my mom about twice a week.
The pharmacist and the tech seem to be the only 2 people that work at this CVS.
They both treat my mom great and they also answer any questions that she has.
I dumped 1 Star off of my review ONLY because they seem to be a little understaffed at times, which is obviously, no fault of the 2 workers there. Understandably, they do close for lunch, so you may want to check the hours on their website, before you head there.”

“I had a return with no receipt but it wasn't a problem at my local Walgreens. A different Walgreens gave me a difficult time so that's when to the the Walgreens around the corner from me. Always friendly and easy to work with. I got a store credit I used that visit on something that cost much more than the credit therefore earning the store an extra sale.”
