She called the doctor, confirmed the meds and prescription , even the ones that were missing from his medication list and even hand wrote some notes for him on what the doctor said. She also helped us to save a little money with store brand items as opposed to others we had picked up. She was amazing! - It was the Windham NH location. I believe her name was Diana, per the clerk I called at the store today. She is truly an asset to the store ! And as a side note, I’ve always been more of a Walgreens girl, but I may need to give CVS a fair shake now. ?”

“I’m writing this review because I feel that they do there job extremely well should be recognized for the wonderful job that they do. I moved to NH in November of 2018. My medical insurance has a contact with Walgreens Pharmacy. I want to point out how hard it is to relocate to a new area and build new relationships. This pharmacy needs to be recognized for top service. The pharmacist always do there best to explain all medications clearly. More importantly there is a tech that works there. Her name is Amy. She does a great job. She always has a smile on her face and goes above and beyond to help me. I am a retired Veteran of the US Army. I am a private contractor for West Point Military Academy. Not with one company But I own 3 companies That have special security clearances to do business with them. I have been doing this contract work for West Point for more than 3 decades. This is not an easy thing to accomplish since 9/11. I have several employees. When I see my help work as hard as Amy under serious pressure because you know the phone never stops ringing there. Amy has serious talent. She multitasks very well under pressure and the best part about her is that she really cares for the customers. I, as an employer always recognize my super employees 2 ways. I always compensate them financially for there over and above work ethics and I do have employee of the month awards to thank them for representing my company in a very kind and professional manner. I’m really not sure if Walgreens has these incentives or not but I would personally compensate her financially and she gets my vote for employee of the year. Please don’t over look this post. “The BEST in the area. Stay away from Dracut, MA. Without going into a long winded thing here which I guarantee none of you particularly care about, let me just state that this location makes up for the incompetence you may have experienced at other CVS pharmacies. Something as simple as transferring a script from one store to another proved to be just beyond the capability of the pharmacists in Dracut (Megan) and after driving all the way to another location, Mr. Patel in this Salem store understood immediately my circumstance, pressed the original store for information, got the problem fixed and expedited my order all while I was at the drive through window. I was nervous waiting for a new script to be finally transferred and filled would take 45 min. Mr. Patel took the kind of care of me this company advertises. Kudos.”

“It was a toss up...Do I take a right out of my driveway to shop at a location where it's common place to treat the customer rudely? Or, do I make a left and try this location.... hmmmmm Feeling adventurous & with the urge to use expiring extrabucs, it was early afternoon & I'll admit a bit bored I decided on the unknown. The store seemed moderately busy. I pretty much knew what I wanted to purchase. Making my way through the maze of arrows on the carpet, I couldn't for the life of me move in the direction "I" wanted to go!!! Seriously, they were all pointing in the opposite direction from the ends of the aisles... How could that be? I decided to just follow some with the plan to move to the entrance & start over. And so I made my way forward and AGAIN... the arrows were all pointing the same way - exactly in the opposite direction of where I needed to go..Is this some kind of joke? Are they watching us on camera to see who gets frustrated & breaks the order? Lol Ok, enough is enough... Other than getting steps in, this was ridiculous. By the time I moved on to the checkout area there were maybe 2 people ahead of me... No biggie. We all stood masked and a good 6' apart. When it was my turn the associate couldn't have been nicer. He processed all my coupons and bagged my items, making sure to inform me that I had another significant one attached to my receipt. Awesome! *** I noticed the store was very clean. ALL customers and associates followed the mandates wearing masks. There are wipes provided to santize carts and baskets. Also, all were respecting the 6' social distancing. I saw absolutely no negative issues.”

“Staff is friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is what I go for most of the time. You need patience with them. Seems like there always working hard. Sometimes the automatic refills does not go through. You do need to be on top of things so you don't run out. When they say there contacting your Dr for a script renewal it's best to call Dr your self. Most of the time they say it rejected. But when I call Dr office said they never received a request and sent it for me. Then pharmacy gets it right away. So I don't know what's going on there. But it happens often.”
