I even had my Mother switch from Walgreens for her pharmacy to Rite Aid & they have treated her SO much better!”
“The folks that are not giving this pharmacy. A five-star rating have issues. As a family, we use this pharmacy in plaistow probably four times a week and they are exceptional. Every other chain would be a one star in our eyes. Keep up the exceptional work. Also they are entitled to a lunch break”

“The BEST in the area. Stay away from Dracut, MA. Without going into a long winded thing here which I guarantee none of you particularly care about, let me just state that this location makes up for the incompetence you may have experienced at other CVS pharmacies. Something as simple as transferring a script from one store to another proved to be just beyond the capability of the pharmacists in Dracut (Megan) and after driving all the way to another location, Mr. Patel in this Salem store understood immediately my circumstance, pressed the original store for information, got the problem fixed and expedited my order all while I was at the drive through window. I was nervous waiting for a new script to be finally transferred and filled would take 45 min. Mr. Patel took the kind of care of me this company advertises. Kudos.”

I came to the CVS pharmacy in Salem NH for a needed immunization update and was told they would close in half an hour for lunch which was fine since it was it was 30 minutes from when I arrived! When the CVS clerk tried to setup up the shot the person giving shots said “I have been giving shots all morning (so??) and had a line of folks waiting “( there was no line at all)? She even surprised the CVS clerk who tried to setup the immunization shot. The nurse giving the shots was not very nice and in my opinion just wanted an early lunch.”
“Just moved over from my Rite Aid which I loved but after 2-3 weeks now, I am officially a huge fan of this Walgreens in E Hampstead. Both Pharmacists and staff. Response time, friendliness, resolving issues directly with my doctor, accuracy, just a pleasure!”

“This is my go to pharmacy. I’ve never had a negative experience here. My entire family fills their scripts here and staff has always been great and friendly. During COVID we got our flu shots and boosters here - friendly and timely when we booked our online appointments. The drive through is closed for a small window of time in the afternoon - but it’s very convenient to have this option. My photos and photo gifts have always been timely and picked up with a smile - even when I was having technical difficulties the person up front came over to help me edit one of my pics. I’ve been going here for 6 years - but I know I’ve seen people who have no ID or their script is more $ than they expected. This is not a pharmacy staff issue, so please before you leave a negative review be specific and honest with what prompted your negative experience. Retail staff has had to deal with a lot - and when there is a hand sanitizer issue and 80 people a day are popping in there heads and yelling across the store expressing their disgust that the store is not “properly stocked” (oh, and their car plates were from Mass, not NH) ; then your expectations are WAY too high. Let’s chill on being overly critical of perceived “attitude”. We are all just trying to get by, and any profession that is customer facing has been through the wringer. Let’s all try to be more patient and forgiving. As I said - it’s hard for me to believe that there are so many deserved one-star reviews.”

Yes it’s frustrating sometimes but it’s clear the problems go beyond the employees as they are doing everything they possibly can.
