“I just bought my second car from Volvo of Exeter!!! I can’t say enough good things about my sales rep Emily D. After a not-so great experience at another dealership, I reached out to Volvo of Exeter. The used car manager was very helpful and quickly connected me with Emily. From the start Emily was professional, super friendly and really listened to what I wanted. She never made me feel rushed or pressured into buying. She kept in touch regularly while looking for a car for me, she never made me feel pressured, answered all my random questions and was just genuinely helpful the whole time. Her effort really stood out. When the right car popped up, Emily made the whole process easy and stress-free. She’s patient, knows her stuff and just made everything go smoothly. I have nothing but praise for Emily D. and Volvo of Exeter. If you’re thinking about buying a car, definitely ask for Emily D. at Volvo of Exeter, she’s an outstanding salesperson who definitely puts her customers first. I’ll be back for my next car no question.”

Chris and Tony always provide excellent professional customer service, working with them has always been smooth and hassle free from start to finish. They are very thorough, always on time with their repair estimates, and their quality of work is spectacular! “The service Techs are fantastic. The first time I used them was after another garage could not figure out what the issue was and suggested I go to dealership which said the fix would be close to $4000. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it for less than 10% of what the dealership quoted. As a bonus they have loaner cars which help with those of us who are always on the go. A+ Service all the way around.”

He worked endlessly on my old car and even came and grabbed me at 10 pm so I would have my car for the next day. There’s no mechanic out there that would do that but Shawn did. “If you want to speak with a professional, kind, expert at Honda, please take my advice and go see Ish Aku. He was, above all, knowledgeable and ultimately helped us make the best decision for our growing family(!) We had been with a different dealership for years who changed ownership and wasn’t being transparent. I cannot express the relief we felt when he helped us navigate through this change. Truly a game changer for us…go see Ish Aku(!) You will very happy you did.”
