“Came in last night needing 4 new tires for my Subaru after a flat, the manager Jo was unbelievable, the customer service she provided was outstanding. She made me feel safe having to drive on my spare for an extra day, made sure all tires were filled and safe to go while being personable. That was my biggest concern. She eased my worries and that’s all anyone asks for when dealing with the headache of cars. the tires were ready this morning, I was able to go in and be served within the hour that I got there. The technician was fast, efficient and helpful Emily helped check me out and she was incredible throughout that process. 10/10 service. Treated me like a real person and not a sale. Overall, I would highly recommend them, to anyone and everyone.”

“Went in to MacFarland Ford to look at a full sized Bronco bs my current Bronco Sport and walked out with a 2023 a few hours later. Could not have been happy with my sales person Cassie and the support team of Bruce and Rob behind her. They were all kind, good to talk to as I made my decision and helpful as I signed all the papers. Did I go in thinking I was going to walk out with a new vehicle? No so, you obviously think I must have been pressured...also, no. Cassie allowed me to take my time, ask a millions questions (a lot of stupid ones) and weigh in on what I actually wanted to do. Overall, I am extremely happy with how everything went! I had to run out as it was the end of the day but, I return on Friday to go over all the buttons, features and soft top so I don't end up breaking something. Caleb is extremely personable, accommodating and highly competent. I forget the name of the great gentleman who did my last two oil changes, but he was amazing as well. “My wife has been using this dealership for vehicle inspections. She could go to vip and get it free being military but the service department is above and beyond excellent. My wife has been taking her vehicle there for 3 yrs and she always tells me how nice they treat her and respectful. So I will go there. Also they are respectful to her vehicle which is important being a clean freak. I can not comment on sales but as far as service department, she praises them. I have been there once last year and the service guy was extremely polite.”
