After a not-so great experience at another dealership, I reached out to Volvo of Exeter. The used car manager was very helpful and quickly connected me with Emily. From the start Emily was professional, super friendly and really listened to what I wanted. She never made me feel rushed or pressured into buying. She kept in touch regularly while looking for a car for me, she never made me feel pressured, answered all my random questions and was just genuinely helpful the whole time. Her effort really stood out.
When the right car popped up, Emily made the whole process easy and stress-free. She’s patient, knows her stuff and just made everything go smoothly. I have nothing but praise for Emily D. and Volvo of Exeter.

A friend jumped started her car, and Exeter Motor Works was waiting for her. They took great care of her and her car for a fair price. She didn’t have to wait too long either. We are going to use Exeter Motor Works for now on.”

“I would recommend Scott Wright Auto Body to anyone in a heartbeat: They are by far the best people I have dealt with after having a accident in November of 2023.
Everyone there is great, but special shout out to Sue who is amazing. She helped out so much and made my life much easier between insurance, rentals, and just being a very nice and understanding throughout the whole process!
Also their work is outstanding! Much like a lot of these other reviews say, Scott and his shop are the best you will find.

As a disclaimer, I’m admittedly not one to normally write reviews, but after describing the above and beyond service I received from Griffin Automotive to kin, it was pointed out to me that this rare level of humanity, and outstanding service is definitely worth sharing!
I called and immediately spoke with a kind human (as opposed to some automated answering machine), who was not only able to swap out my rear brakes for me within about two hours of the same day I’d called, but also drove me back to my place of employment when I dropped off my vehicle, and then also drove my vehicle back to me at my place of employment once the work was done. In addition to that even, he gave me the option of calling him the next day with payment since I wasn’t expecting such a quick turnover!
It may be fair to say that my particular experience may be a bit of an exception rather than the rule, but I hope that me sharing this experience will be taken as an epitomizing example of how honest, compassionate, and absolutely amazing this business and the folks that run it are!

“I’ve been to all of the other big name part stores in the past, but after stopping in Napa today. I will only go here for now on. I first called to make sure they had what I needed in stock, which they did. The lady on the phone was GREAT! Then followed it up with going in to pick up what I needed. She was so friendly from the moment I walked in all of the way through leaving. I highly recommend stopping in for your parts needs. It was def a breath of fresh air with my experience. THANKK YOU and keep doing what you guys are doing, owning 3 personal vehicles as well as owning a business, I will be back!”

“Very satisfied with the undercoat job Undercoating Express did on my VW Beetle. When done the technician showed me what he had done while it was on the lift. Great customer service. Price was much cheaper than mobile companies.”
“Kyle was the epitome of customer service. It was a humid 95 degrees out, and he only had 1 trainee with him while I was there (1.5 hrs). Not only was he very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly to me, but he was like this while taking care of about 5 additional customers during that time. He listened to a few customer's complaints about negative experiences with a previous business, and not once did he comment negatively about those other businesses. I am extremely impressed with his service and professionalism. I will be coming back regularly.

“Rob and John really helped me out in a pinch! On the way to dinner I noticed a loud noise coming from one of my tires. Long story short a huge bolt was stuck in my tire! They had me back on may way quickly and still made it to dinner on time!!! They were so nice and really made my not so great week and turned it around! “I have been going to Herb and Rob's for over a decade and would not consider taking my car elsewhere. From the first appointment for an inspection, I was nervous because you always expect the worst. I was treated in a friendly and respectful manner and needed no repairs, so I was on my way quickly. Rabih, the owner, is knowledgeable and makes an effort to ensure that his staff is responsible and skilled. “My wife has been using this dealership for vehicle inspections. She could go to vip and get it free being military but the service department is above and beyond excellent. My wife has been taking her vehicle there for 3 yrs and she always tells me how nice they treat her and respectful. So I will go there. Also they are respectful to her vehicle which is important being a clean freak. I can not comment on sales but as far as service department, she praises them. I have been there once last year and the service guy was extremely polite.”
