I was reluctantly searching for a new to me vehicle as my beloved Touareg was on its last leg and had several cars swept out from under my feet! The car I inquired about was in the body shop and due recent disappointment with other dealers I was concerned this one might sell before I was able to see it. Patrick assured me he would keep me in the loop and contact me as soon as it was back… and that he did! I was, probably, a little overbearing and sent too many emails as my fear of being shut out was ever present.
