“I have been meaning to leave a review since opening up an account here and stopping at the ATM quickly reminded me to. How simple and easy it was to open both a checking and savings account here, made me feel so silly for how long I procrastinated switching to a new CU. It was a painless transition all thanks to Tiffany. I didn’t even have to wait long in the lobby to be helped. She was so nice and answered any questions or concerns I’ve had along the way. Even had to stop in to get a money order the other day and Tiffany helped me again behind the counter , and even ordered me my free check book for the year . Customer service isn’t a thing a lot of places now a days . If you want to switch to a new place , go here !”

“Writing a review to offset some of the general BofA grievances that ended up being attributed to this one branch. I have found the staff at the branch to be friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, parking is easy. Only criticism is that having at least one day a week with extended hours would be helpful for those of us with full-time jobs.”
