Northeast Credit Union is a superb and efficient financial institution with friendly, professional, and welcoming staff. They are always helpful, polite, and have answers for any question or concern. The staff are accommodating and creative problem solvers who listen to needs and provide unparalleled customer service. The credit union excels at security, catching any unusual purchases immediately. While generally reliable, some feedback notes that the debit cards can have issues, with chips that may get ruined after a couple months of use. Overall, many members have been loyal for over 25 years and would never change.
