“I joined Dauntless after a 10 year hiatus from CrossFit and the coaches, classes, and members are exceptional. Classes always include warm ups and mobility in addition to the usual strength training that you'd expect, and coaches break down every move throughout the class, every step of the way. I especially appreciate that the coaches never hesitate to correct form. I've never gotten an injury here, even as a rookie to CrossFit. People of all ages and athletic backgrounds work out together here, and everyone is welcoming and encouraging. It's such a great gym!”
“I found CFE after my prior gym of 8+ years closed. I was hesitant joining another gym, but this place is awesome. The people, the space, the equipment, all top tier. CFE’s community as a whole were extremely inviting and friendly. I would recommend this gym to people of all ages & skill levels.”

“James is an outstanding personal trainer. He is always positive, upbeat, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He takes the time to understand my Achilles issues and adjusts my workouts based on how I’m feeling that day, which I really appreciate. He also provides manageable stretches and exercises to do at home that have been very helpful. James challenges me to improve while maintaining a supportive, nonjudgmental atmosphere. I genuinely enjoy our sessions and look forward to them every week. I highly recommend him and Limitless Fitness!”
“These guys train both of my sons. Best coaches around. Charlie is a freshman and hitting in the .400s with his first high school home run. Batting in the 1-3 spot. He hit 81 mph on his fastball in winter training from mid to low 70s @ 14yrs old.
Eddie my older son who is a senior has seen these guys for 3 plus years. Batting in the upper .300's too low .400's. Fastball sitting 88-89 touching 90 91. These guys also helped Eddie get committed to SNHU after he proved himself as a solid Pitcher. I would recommend this place to any player or parent who's serious about taking their baseball skills to the college level.
Thanks Mike, Alex, Kyle, Cam, X and all the coaches.
Ed”
“I always like going to this PF location. It’s definitely on the smaller side but it’s never too crowded. What I really like about this location is that the workers at the front desk ALWAYS say hello and goodbye where as other PF locations I’ve been to, I’m not even acknowledged by any of the workers. That verbal acknowledgment really matters!”

“Love this gym. I work second shift and I tend to go after work. The fact this gym is open 24 hours is convenient and in a great location. It tends to be busy during the day, but you’re still able to get on machines without an issue.
The gym is very clean from the machines to the bathrooms and everything in the black card lounge.
The staff is also very friendly and helpful. The three guys that work at night are awesome and make my experience pleasant.”

“A great gym to 'do your thing' at. There is so much to do in there, at first I couldn't decide what not to do! After a couple months my needs shifted, not a problem here. They offer everything imaginable, except swimming. Even with warm weather approaching I still opt for the gym. Convenient, clean, and affordable, what more could you want?”

“The training here is truly personalized. It is a great tool for athletes looking to excel in specific areas of their sport. The facility is clean and modern as well.”
“Great place for kids. I was surprised when my young son enjoyed crawling around and talking during the gym babies class. He usually is very timid around people he doesn't know. We will definitely be back. I look forward to enrolling him in the classes when he is older.”

“Vanguard is a great 24/7 gym that has the necessary equipment you need to get the job done. Multiple locations make getting to the gym easy when out on the fly or visiting friends. I've met a lot of good people at the Vanguard Key Clubs.”

“Always clean, usually not crowded. Friendly staff. Only negative thing(probably in every gym), some people don't clean up equipment after use, or sitting on the machine for 1/2 hour just looking in the phone.”

“I used to work out here about 25 years ago. it's a lot easier than going to a corporate gym. idk if Dave is still with us but he was a great guy. He taught me alot and I am thinking of going back as I am severely out of shape unlike how I was then....”

“Took me only a couple classes to decide I needed a membership. Angela is electric, energetic, and joyful. She makes the club cardio classes worth every second. There is no way you can attend one of those classes and walkout without a smile and improved mood. If for nothing else, do it for your mental health. The community of people are kind and non-judgmental jamming together to each dance. It’s amazing and you will not regret it so sign up today for your first class!”
“I’ve been going to Body Barre three times a week for fifteen months, and I’m so glad I found it. The owner, Kristen, and her instructors are all friendly and kind. They make class fun yet challenging. Our classes are made up of all ages but the work out you get is your full body, and very effective. I go to classes taught by all the different teachers and I love them all. The studio is clean and bright, and I love using the MINDBODY app to pay, and my body has really gained strength, tone, flexibility, greater range of motion and agility. Class sizes are small and teachers make sure we are in the correct positions and alignment to prevent injury and get the most effective excercise. Thanks, Kristen, for such a wonderful community and fantastic excercise place. I’m someone who could never punch myself the way I do at class, but couldn’t find a class I loved until now.”
“NOT a member, but felt that 5 Stars were nevertheless warranted.
Why? Several reasons:
1 ~ Beautiful club, clean, looks like new equipment. And they seem to be the only club in the area with Ellipticals that don't suck! 😄
2 ~ Zach, the Club Manager, if I have his title right, was engaging, promptly returning phone calls, generous with his time, kindly interrupting his feast to help me, and clearly knew his biz, explaining clearly my options in all regards. Great guy!
3 ~ When I signed and immediately bailed ~ this is arguably the most impressive part ~ Zach and Zoo not only gave no annoying pushback about my decision after I explained it, but immediately returned my Deposit, which was remarkably kind!
PS > If anyone's morbidly curious, the Planet Fitness in SeaBrook inexplicably went Full Ghetto with their Ellipticals, discarding those beautiful Pellatonic models ~ meaning: with rolling landscapes and the option of viewing and listening to any of 49 channels of live TeleVision ~ and replacing them with sluggish toads from 1996 or so with no streaming options that run like mud, with no explanations to any customers while ignoring emails.
But I ultimately had a change of heart because of the community that I'd become part of, and a few other reasons.
But I've got nothing but love for Zach and Zoo in Epping, and I wish you and your Customers great and glorious success!”
“I come here for the pool. It’s solid. However be aware: they are increasingly adding outside swim classes and teams in the lap lanes which makes it really difficult for those of us who work 9-5 to get a good after-work workout in. There’s usually only two lanes available for open swim and half the time they’re occupied by water walkers who I wish would use the non-lap pool instead. Happy to share lanes but it ends up feeling really claustrophobic at times.I joined last summer when there were fewer teams/lessons and feel that I signed up under a false impression of how open their pool is. No one told me youth swim teams use this facility during the school year. Maybe things will die down again when school is out but I do feel the gym should be more transparent about this up front and post lap and therapy pool schedules on their website.I do appreciate the open Friday nights! It’s my favorite time to go.”
“PF Haymarket, Va. I understand the business model. Basically a no service high volume equipment fitness center. Objective low cost high volume use. My only suggestion, three at the counter that barely are 20 if that. All they seem to do is talk to each other and say hello and good bye. You can cut one head and gain on labor without losing service. They provide no service from what I see.”
“The George gymnasium, named after a generous donor, is a stunning building with ice hockey rinks covering its swimming pools. It boasts a modern design that is in line with the rest of Phillips Exeter's beautiful campus.”
