“Everytime I go, I get incredible customer service. Im learning how to cut and shape stone with a dremel. Its a lot of different parts and such. Today Fred helped me with all questions I had. He went above and beyond with information about the different parts of the dremel. I greatly appreciate it! Everyone is always kind and knowledgeable. Plus I can bring my pup ❤️”

Mum hadn’t complied with the return policy, as it was that last thing on her mind, following our devastating loss.The item was unused. The team, were a powerhouse of strength. She left the store with dignity. Thank you, to the fine, well trained Manager, and his team for taking care of a veterans widow, deep, deep in grief at a very difficult time.”

“What great customer service! Jamie and the dispatch head went so far out of their way to accommodate my last minute request. I misunderstood delivery days for a new shop in a different location and tried to order too late. I really needed my nitrogen tank replaced for an event the next day and they changed their entire schedule to get me what I needed. Jamie was gracious and friendly about it every step of the way (despite my wheedling). We've worked with ArcSource since we opened and will continue to do so! Thank you all so much!”
“Check your receipts! My husband just got back from Lowe’s and complained about the cost of what he bought. After he got home I looked over the receipt and saw he was charged twice for the same product! Now he has to turn around and go back to get his refund for the overcharge. This was through the self check!!
Another frustrating thing is a shower head we bought last month worked for only a week before it stopped working properly. The brand is “Allen and Roth.” Quality is not great. Not made in America. Obviously
Other than that, the staff is very friendly every time he goes”
“This is LONG overdue. The family and I bought our first home in Raymond last month. Let's just say we've made many trips to Lowe's since then. Everyone has been amazing. I wanted to shout out Ben for one of our first visits. We knew we needed a washer, dryer and electric oven. We probably walked in 45 minutes before close on a weekday. Ben jumped right in to help us! He was amazing. He was patient, honest, and willing to help. He signed us up for Lowe's rewards. He got us set up for delivery and warranty for all three appliances. Ben is a fantastic asset over there at Lowe's in Epping, New Hampshire. 10 Stars. Thank you.”

“Phenomenal customer service. I spoke with Al (great name!) a few times, and he was courteous, patient, and most importantly had a great sense of humor. Not only did the price average out to about $1.50 cheaper PER BOARD than the big box stores (I did the math), I much prefer to support a local business. I will be buying all of my lumber from them for the foreseeable future!!!”
