As a disclaimer, I’m admittedly not one to normally write reviews, but after describing the above and beyond service I received from Griffin Automotive to kin, it was pointed out to me that this rare level of humanity, and outstanding service is definitely worth sharing!

I called and immediately spoke with a kind human (as opposed to some automated answering machine), who was not only able to swap out my rear brakes for me within about two hours of the same day I’d called, but also drove me back to my place of employment when I dropped off my vehicle, and then also drove my vehicle back to me at my place of employment once the work was done. In addition to that even, he gave me the option of calling him the next day with payment since I wasn’t expecting such a quick turnover!

It may be fair to say that my particular experience may be a bit of an exception rather than the rule, but I hope that me sharing this experience will be taken as an epitomizing example of how honest, compassionate, and absolutely amazing this business and the folks that run it are!

“Kyle was the epitome of customer service. It was a humid 95 degrees out, and he only had 1 trainee with him while I was there (1.5 hrs). Not only was he very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly to me, but he was like this while taking care of about 5 additional customers during that time. He listened to a few customer's complaints about negative experiences with a previous business, and not once did he comment negatively about those other businesses. I am extremely impressed with his service and professionalism. I will be coming back regularly.
