“KG has always done a great job with major upgrades to my truck. Quality work while meeting my expectations but my most recent visit deserves mention. I had my truck NHOU and while it was there, my serpentine belt slipped off and cause an error message and basically a low voltage situation to wear my truck was inoperative. No one's fault, just a fluke thing. Not only did they call me to notify me, they also properly diagnosed and repaired it AT NO COST. I received a complimentary wash and wax so not only is my truck prepped for harsh New England winter, it is in better shape than when I dropped it off. “I gave these guys a 5 star review even though it took them 4 + weeks to get the vehicle back from them. No one, or very few people are so situated that they can wait 4 weeks for a vehicle. I was told 2, initially, and than when I went to pay they gave me the runaround and told me it could be as much as 3. It ended up taking 4. Bottom line, be prepared to be patient. Aside from that, all the work got done that was promised, I got the truck right in to my mechanic here in Maine and they said it passed with flying colors. Great truck!! Runs like top. Aside from the fact that they are a small crew, these guys are solid and stand by their work. 1000% recommend. Truck was cleaned when it got to me. And they brought it to Exeter for a bit more when it was ready. Alan and Eric are good men in a thankless profession.”
