“KG has always done a great job with major upgrades to my truck. Quality work while meeting my expectations but my most recent visit deserves mention. I had my truck NHOU and while it was there, my serpentine belt slipped off and cause an error message and basically a low voltage situation to wear my truck was inoperative. No one's fault, just a fluke thing. Not only did they call me to notify me, they also properly diagnosed and repaired it AT NO COST. I received a complimentary wash and wax so not only is my truck prepped for harsh New England winter, it is in better shape than when I dropped it off. “If I could give EZ auto 10 stars I would. I habe 3 cars and all 3 have needed to be looked at over the last 6 weeks or so. We first went to EZ auto for breaks on my son's car. Pricing was more than fair, job was done well and fast. Then I thought I needed breaks in my car, turns out I didn't. Rather than just doing the work and charging me, cause I wouldn't have known any better (not a car person) Ed asked me to bring it in, he looked it over checks all my breaks and told me I didn't need to have them done they had plenty of life left on them. Then my husband's car had an odd noise everytime he turned on the fan. Turns out there was a mouse in there. EZ auto removed the mouse and no more noise. The charge for this and looking at my breaks was less than a 100 total for both. More than fair in my opinion. Now that I rfound EZ auto I won't be going anywhere else for my auto repairs. Unless Ed gets tired of seeing me! Thanks to the team at EZ auto for all your help!”

Alignment was included with the 4 tires, as well as a free rotation every 6,000 miles and was able to bring my truck in a few days after calling! (Fast service!) Being new to the area, I felt a bit nervous finding a shop I could trust, but am very pleased and happy to come across Dube's. I will be bringing my spouse's car there when she needs tires next! This is a place you can feel secure leaving your vehicle- I had a bad bearing they found when putting on my new tires and called me before just performing the service and giving me a larger bill than I anticipated; the owner called me and explained the safety issues and told me he would not do it until he got my permission. This tire shop is the place to go in Keene!”
